For eligible live classes that run 2 hours or longer and are not included with a subscription, students may retake a class once within 1 year of the original class date.
- Students may use their free retake for the same class in a future session, subject to availability.
- Free retakes may also be used to reschedule outside the standard policy. For example, if you need to reschedule within 3 days of the class, the free retake can be applied to that change.
- Free retakes are subject to the class running and seat availability. If the class is not scheduled again or no seats are available, the retake period may be extended accordingly.
Students in eligible live classes can access class recordings approximately 1 business day after each session.
- Recordings are available for 30 days after each session.
- Recordings are not downloadable and are for use only by the registered student.
- Subscription content and classes under 2 hours are not eligible for free retakes or recording access under this policy.
